Acceptable Use Policy

The basics

Use Iskra lawfully and reasonably. This policy keeps the service usable for everyone while the project is small.

Don't

Don't use Iskra to break the law, to infringe others' rights, or to record people without the consent the law requires of you.

Don't attempt to overload, probe, or circumvent the transcription service, automate abusive volumes of requests, or resell access to it.

Don't reverse-engineer, tamper with, or misuse the service except to the extent the law expressly permits.

Enforcement

If usage threatens the service or other users, we may rate-limit or block access. We'll act proportionately, but keeping the service running comes first.
