The terms you agree to when you download and use Iskra during the beta.

Acceptance
By downloading or using Iskra, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Beta software
Iskra is beta software provided free of charge. It may contain bugs, change without notice, or be discontinued. Builds are currently unsigned; you accept the one-time operating-system prompts required to run them.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use Iskra and for the content you dictate. You must use it lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy.
AI output
Speech-to-text and text polish are produced by automated models and can be inaccurate. Iskra may misrecognize words or alter meaning. Review the output before you rely on it, especially for anything important.
No warranty
Iskra is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of Iskra.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
